Shabu was started in Feb 2004 by Kevin Valaika and his brother Chef Robert Valaika. Together they share a passion for food and mountain life. If you don't find them on the slopes you will find the boys at Shabu cooking up award winning dishes like miso glazed cod and firecracker shrimp. They also have the best sushi in town.
