Gift Card FAQs
Where can I purchase a gift card?
The Right on Main! Downtown Gift card can be purchased on Main Street at the Treasure Mountain Inn (255Main Street), or online at www.historicparkcityutah.com
During what hours are the gift cards sold?
Gift Cards can be purchased in person at the normal business hours of both the Treasure Mountain Inn (www.treasuremountaininn.com) and the Kimball Art Center (www.kimballartcenter.org). Online cards can be purchased 24 hours a day and fulfillment/shipping of all orders will take place within 2 business days.
What tender types are accepted for payment?
The Right on Main Downtown Gift Card Program accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for payment. You can also purchase a gift card with a Right on Main! Downtown Gift Card. Personal checks are not accepted as payment.
State legislation restricts our ability to distribute cards in the state of New York, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Vermont. We will not sell cards to purchasers located in New York unless both the shopping center and the purchaser are in the state of New York.
In what amounts can the gift cards be purchased?
Gift cards can be purchased in person in any denomination between $5 and $500. Gift card amounts to exceed $500 can be purchased online only and with the approval of the Distributor and issuing bank.
Is there a limit to the number of gift cards that can be purchased?
There is no limit to the number of gift cards that can be purchased but the maximum transaction amount of any single purchase to an individual is $10,000 with a $500 maximum load on any single card. Corporations or companies who wish to purchase gift cards in bulk can be approved for purchases up to $100,000 and should contact the Distributor directly for more information.
Is there a fee to purchase a gift card?
Online cards sales will incur a total fee of $7.50 which includes shipping and handling.
Where is the gift card accepted?
The Historic Park City Gift Card is accepted at over 100 restaurants, retailers, art galleries, lodging properties and service businesses in Park City‘s Historic District. For a complete list of businesses accepting the card, click here.
Is there a fee to transfer the balance from one gift card to another?
There is a $5.00 transfer fee to transfer the balance to another card.
What if the gift card is lost or stolen?
If a gift card is lost or stolen, cardholders can be issued a replacement card for an additional $5.00 fee. Cardholders should contact customer service immediately upon learning of a lost or stolen card. A replacement card will be issued for the remaining balance of the card less the $5.00 replacement fee.
