It's never too early to start planning your Sundance Film Festival experience. While the 2011 Festival is set for January 20th through the 30th, packages, festival passes and advance ticket sales start in the fall.
October 13th is the deadline to register for packages and festival passes. Don’t fret if you’ve missed this date, you still have until December 20th to register to purchase advanced tickets and make sure you have your pick of Sundance’s award winning films.

Speaking of walking, that is the best mode of transportation for the festival. Most venues are located within walking distance, and the City provides free public transportation to the rest.
