While only in its fourth year, the Park City Area Restaurant Association's Savor the Summit is one of Historic Park City's signature events. Taking place on Saturday, June 25, 2011, Park City will set their longest dinner party at The Grande Table down the center of Main Street which provides diners with a unique celebration of fabulous food, drink and live music. Twenty-one of Park Citys best restaurants will showcase their culinary talents in an open air community celebration kicking off the summer season.
At 2pm, Main Street closes to vehicular traffic, but will be open (free) to the general public who may listen to musical sounds provided by Mountain Town Music, witness the Grande Table and visit the businesses of Main Street.
Dining guests can make a reservation directly with any participating restaurants. Each restaurant offers their choice of menu, pricing and bar service. Menus range from $40 to $150 per person (with wine or beverage pairings extra or included). We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible, the Grande Table has sold out the past two years!
Savor the Summit isn't all about dining, Mountain Town Music presents the Main Stage area with music and Spirit Garden located near the Kimball Art Center, which offers something for everyone and will be open from 4-10pm.
The Main Stage performances conclude with Brain .. . .Brian has shared the stage and played with many notables such as James Brown, Dave Mathews Band, The Allman Brothers Band, Fred Wesley, Bernie Worrell, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Bob Weir and many more world-class musicians. Brian has definitely shared his passion for music with music fans around the world. And, that is the driving force behind his music!
