The Expanding Heart opened in 1992 and has grown over the past nineteen years with the focus on the expansion and transformation of consciousness for its customers. Although originally opened as a book store, the shop has ‘expanded’ to include music, hand-crafted jewelry, crystals, semi-precious stones, clothing, incense, statuary and specialty gift items. The Expanding Heart has created a loyal local’s following while also being a must-stop for many visitors on a return trip to Historic Park City.  The moment customers walk into the door they are greeted with a warm welcome as the wonderful aroma (the natural scent of the aromatic products offered) and relaxing music offer a sense of peace.

The store also has spiritual readers available for sessions each day.  Astrology, channeled assistance, tarot, palmistry and shamanic practitioners make up the team of professional, talented readers. Appointments can be made by calling the store, or just stop in.
