Oct. 2010: High West Distillery - The Spirit of Park City

Historic Park City is home to High West Distillery and Saloon, Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870.  Housed in the Ellsworth J. Beggs House and National Garage on Park Avenue gives visitors a taste of local history while they sip on the signature beverages made with High West’s spirits.

Executive Chef James Dumas entices diners with an ever changing menu, incorporating what’s in season.  The focus does remain on the use of the spirits in dishes complimenting the flavors of the food.  The staff is able to share with you the companion whiskey to bring the meal full circle.

While only distilling whiskey and vodka for a short time High West has received many awards and accolades.  Be sure to pick up a bottle to bring home from their General Store on site.
