A Dining and Entertainment Marriage on Main Street
Tuesday, November 29, 2011
Demonstrating that dining out and enjoying the theater truly go hand in hand, 350 Main Brasserie and The Egyptian Theatre are a match made in Historic Park City. In fact, the restaurant dedicates its entire annual donation budget to the non-profit, historic theatre, helping it stage an impressive comeback during the past few years.
So how do theatre buffs and diners actually benefit from this arrangement? Those dining at 350 Main have the ability to purchase a $50 Egyptian Theatre gift card for only $25. And during each performance, The Egyptian makes available to audience members a number of $50 dining vouchers (food only) for 350 Main that are sold for just $25. This is a great added value for patrons of both the restaurant and the theatre, and it's certainly convenient given the two businesses are located a few steps from each other.
350 Main's sister business, The Spur Bar & Grill, also offers theatre ticketholders free cover to enjoy live music and cocktails following the show. Simply hold on to your stub and show it to The Spur staff upon entry the same night of The Egyptian performance you've attended.
You can also help support The Egyptian by bringing your ticket stub the next time you dine at 350 Main. The restaurant will give you a dollar off any food purchase and donate another dollar to The Egyptian. This particular program expires in December, so hurry in!
Next on The Egyptian Theatre's performance schedule is "The Fantasticks," the world's longest running musical. The romantic comedy is showing September 9-11 and September 16-18. For more info and to purchase tickets online, visit The Egyptian Theatre.
