PARKING:
591 Main Street does not offer parking and we do not recommend you bring a car to Park City. The city offers a complimentary shuttle service that operates throughout the valley on a regular schedule. Please visit our partners page for transportation recommendations.
CHECK IN and OUT TIME:
Check-in time is from 3:30pm to 6pm. Check-out time is 11am.
DEPOSITS:
A deposit equal to one night of your stay is required to guarantee the reservation. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and traveler´s checks. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:
A 3-5 night minimum length of stay is required for all reservations during the Busy Season, with the following exceptions:
4-7 night minimum during Holiday Season (December 20, 2010 -January 2, 2011).
4-7 night minimum during Sundance Film Festival (January 20-30, 2011) and President's Week (February 16-21, 2011).
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid for the reservation. Cancellations made 30-45 days in advance of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations made at 46 days or more in advance of arrival date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping service is limited and based on the length of your stay. Please ask for details when booking your reservation.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside 591 Main Street. A $250 Room Recovery fee will be charged to your creditcard if you smoke in your apartment.
PETS:
Sorry, no pets.
RATES:
Quiet Season Rates apply from May 1 through the week before Thanksgiving. Busy Season rates apply from the week of Thanksgiving through April. The Quiet Season rates are discounted rates. All other discount programs and specials are taken off the Busy Season rates. All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per person, per night. All rates are subject to room and sales tax.
GROUP RESERVATIONS:
Policies for group reservations or for extended stays may be different. Please call for details.
